Definitions<\/h3>\n\n<p>The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shop \u2013 online service available at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/komisgastronomia.pl\/en\/\">https:\/\/komisgastronomia.pl.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seller <\/strong>\u2013 the entity specified in point 1 of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer <\/strong>\u2013 a natural person, legal person or organisational unit entering into a Contract with the Seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product \u2013 a movable item offered by the Shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order <\/strong>\u2013 a declaration of intent by the Customer to conclude a Sales Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales Agreement<\/strong> \u2013 a distance sales agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. General provisions<\/h3>\n\n<p>The shop sells exclusively to businesses (B2B).<br\/>The Terms and Conditions do not apply to consumers.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for selling products through the Shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer is obliged to use the Shop in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for placing an Order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The shop is conducted in Polish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The prices listed in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Electronic services<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The shop allows you to:<br\/>a) place an Order,<br\/>b) use the Shopping Basket,<br\/>c) create an Account (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using electronic services requires: a device with Internet access, an active e-mail account, an up-to-date browser, and cookies enabled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Placing orders and concluding contracts<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders can be placed 24\/7 via the Shop website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase process: add Product \u2192 customer details \u2192 select payment method \u2192 accept Terms and Conditions \u2192 place Order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Sales Agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the Order by the Seller via e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prices and payments<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are presented in Polish zlotys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available payment methods:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>traditional bank transfer to the Seller&#8217;s account,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic payments <strong>Przelewy24 <\/strong>operated by: <strong>PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Pozna\u0144, KRS: 0000347935<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you choose electronic payment, you will be redirected to the Przelewy24 website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery methods and costs are presented when placing an Order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery time depends on the availability of goods and the selected delivery method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the nature of commission sales and the size of catering equipment, delivery terms are agreed individually with each customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery may be made by:<br\/>\u2013 personal collection at the Seller&#8217;s premises,<br\/>\u2013 the Seller&#8217;s own transport,<br\/>\u2013 external transport (e.g. GlobKurier, InPost or other carriers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The order completion time is between 7 and 14 working days<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery cost is agreed individually with the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Complaints (conformity of goods with the contract)<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Customer is obliged to inspect the Product upon delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obvious defects must be reported within <strong>7 days of receiving the Product.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller&#8217;s liability under the warranty is <strong>limited to 12 months.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints should be sent to the following e-mail address: <a>kontakt@komisgastronomia.pl.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Protection of personal data<\/h3>\n\n<p>Personal data is processed in accordance <strong>with the Privacy Policy<\/strong> available on the Shop&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Final provisions<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In matters not covered herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Terms and Conditions may be amended for important reasons.
