Used catering equipment
Used catering equipment
Combi ovens, refrigeration, dishwashers and stainless steel furniture, second hand — checked, run under power before dispatch, with a start-up warranty on selected machines. We sell to businesses only, in Poland and across Europe.
Why a dealer rather than classified ads
A professional kitchen is the most expensive part of opening a venue. A combi oven, a refrigerated cabinet, a hood-type dishwasher and a run of stainless steel tables swallow most of the budget before the first guest sits down. Second-hand equipment frees up money for stock, staff and the first months of trading.
The difference between us and a classified ad is what happens before the sale and what comes after it. Every machine that leaves our warehouse has been run and inspected. Selected items carry a start-up warranty. If something fails, we have a workshop and a replacement machine — not a phone number that has stopped answering.
Where the stock comes from: venues that are changing. A restaurant swaps its combi oven for a bigger one, a hotel refits the back of house, a site closes down. We buy the equipment, check it and pass it on. That is why the stock looks different every few weeks — and why it is worth calling even when you cannot see what you need today.

What we regularly hold
Cooking equipment
Combi ovens, ranges, griddles, fryers, salamanders, contact grills. The group where inspecting before you buy is worth the most.
Refrigeration
Fridges and freezers, prep tables, display counters, patisserie cabinets, condensing units. Here the state of the compressor decides everything.
Warewashing
Hood-type and undercounter dishwashers, water softeners, sink units, glasswashers.
Coffee and bar
Espresso machines, grinders, bar equipment, dispensers.
Stainless steel and storage
Work tables, shelving, cabinets, service and transport trolleys. The safest second-hand purchase there is — stainless steel has no moving parts.
Food processing
Mincers, slicers, mixers, food processors, dough dividers.
What to check on second-hand equipment
Combi ovens
The most expensive item in the kitchen and the one where it is easiest to get it wrong. Check the chamber and door seal, the steam generator and the descaling history. A machine that ran for years on hard water without a softener will generate cost regardless of how little you paid for it. Ask about the supply as well: most units need three-phase power.
Refrigeration
The compressor and the tightness of the circuit decide everything. The unit has to reach temperature in reasonable time and hold it under load — not in an empty chamber in a cool warehouse. Look at the seals, at condensation and at how the fan runs. A cabinet that sweats pays for itself in the electricity bill, only the wrong way round.
Dishwashers
Limescale is the main killer in a kitchen. Check the boiler, the wash arms and the dosing units. If the site has no water softener, budget for one straight away — otherwise the new machine goes the same way as the old one.
Stainless steel furniture
The least risky second-hand purchase. Stainless steel has no moving parts and does not age. What matters is the gauge of the top, the state of the welds and whether the table rocks once it is in place. This is where the saving against new is largest.
The line we repeat to customers
Do not buy a machine you have not seen under power. Selected equipment can be tested at our premises; if the journey is not worth it, we show it on video, signs of use included. Anyone unwilling to show a machine working has already answered the question.
What we advise against
We say this openly even though we sell second-hand equipment. There are categories where the saving exists only on paper.
Machines with heavily used control electronics — once a manufacturer drops support for a series, one missing board can retire an otherwise working machine for good. Ask about parts availability before you buy.
Equipment with no rating plate or an unreadable serial number — without either you cannot establish the specification, the history, or whether the machine is what it is claimed to be.
Refrigeration with a failed compressor „ready for repair” — replacing a condensing unit often costs as much as a used cabinet that works.

The more detail — model, output, dimensions, power supply — the faster we come back with something concrete. A photo of the kitchen helps too.
